2.Please test the small speaker connect with head unit. the sound wire of the cable, the pure grey wire is +, the black and grey is -, so please connect the small speaker to test the sound. Pure grey wire is + connect to grey wire of the small speaker, the black and grey wire is - connect to red wire of the speaker. You could check this attached 3 pictures.

3.If the above solution is not feasible,I think it may be your phone problem,we suggest you do not buy our head unit again.
